We retain your data and CMS content for 30 days in case you change your mind, then we permanently delete it. Your domain is yours — unhook the DNS record we gave you and point it wherever you want.
No. The redesign, the editor, and the running service are part of the subscription, not separate deliverables. If you cancel, the site goes offline. This is intentional and disclosed clearly at checkout — it's how we keep the price low. If you need a transferable code drop, this isn't the right product for you.
Yes. The DNS instructions we send post-purchase only ask you to add CNAME records for the website. Your existing MX (email) records are never touched. We explicitly warn against changing them, and the customer panel highlights the warning in red on the DNS instruction screen.
Annual subscriptions can be refunded in full within 7 days of the initial charge — request from your customer panel, and we cancel and refund immediately. Yes. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew monthly, annual auto-renew yearly. We email annual subscribers 7 days before each renewal as a reminder. You can cancel any time from your customer panel — no phone call, no retention process. Full text: Auto-Renewal Disclosure.
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record payment processor, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. They handle the card; we receive a notification that the payment cleared and a customer reference. Same standard used by most modern SaaS.
The redesign uses a curated set of templates with your content, brand, and imagery — not from-scratch custom design. If you have specific revisions after seeing the preview (different photo, different headline, missing service), we'll handle them at no extra cost during onboarding. For complex from-scratch work, hire an agency.
If your domain already has a preview waiting, you can subscribe and have the site live on your domain within a few hours (DNS propagation). If we need to build the redesign first, the preview is ready in 1–2 business days from the moment you submit your domain.
We sell globally to small businesses, with the majority of our customers in the United States. Prices are in USD. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your country and added to your total.
