Privacy rights request

One form for every CCPA, CPRA, and GDPR right we recognise. We acknowledge within ten business days and fulfil within 45 days (CCPA) or 30 days (GDPR), extendable once with notice.

Use the email address the data is associated with so we can find your records and verify your identity.

Tells us which jurisdiction's deadlines apply (CCPA = 45 days, GDPR = 30 days, UK GDPR = 30 days).

By submitting, you confirm the email address is yours and that the request is made in good faith. We may need to verify your identity by sending a short reply you can confirm. False or retaliatory requests may be denied.

What happens next

  1. You receive a confirmation email with a reference number (usually within minutes).
  2. We may reply with a short identity-verification question — answer it from the same address.
  3. For access / portability, we send you a JSON export of every record tied to your email.
  4. For deletion, we delete or anonymise records subject to lawful retention (e.g. invoices we must keep for accounting). We tell you what was kept and why.
  5. For opt-out of marketing, we add the email to our permanent suppression list and confirm.
