Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is issued by Galactiv EOOD ("Company", "we", "us") and explains, in plain language, when you can get your money back, when you can't, how cancellation works, and what happens to your Generated Site after you cancel.
It is incorporated into and forms part of the Master Subscription Agreement ("Agreement"). If anything below conflicts with the Agreement or with applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, the law and the Agreement prevail in that order.
1. The Plans

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and exclusive of taxes. Where applicable taxes apply (e.g., U.S. state sales tax in some states for SaaS, or reverse-charge VAT for EU B2B), they are added at checkout.
2. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Annual Plan Only)
If you bought the Annual plan and decide within the first seven (7) calendar days after your initial payment that you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of the Subscription Fee. We will return the funds through the same payment method, normally within five (5) to ten (10) business days, less any non-recoverable payment-processor fees we are not able to recover from Stripe.
How to request a 7-day refund:
- Go to your dashboard at calivina.com/dashboard/billing and click "Request Refund", or
- Email billing@calivina.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Refund Request" and your Customer ID (visible in the dashboard).
Refund requests received after the 7th day are not eligible for the money-back guarantee, except where required by law (see Section 6).
The 7-day refund is available once per Customer. If you cancel within 7 days, are refunded, and then resubscribe (using the same email, the same payment method, or any other identifier we can reasonably link to you), the second subscription is not eligible for a money-back refund.
3. Monthly Plan — No Refunds
The Monthly plan is non-refundable. When you cancel a Monthly Subscription, your Subscription remains active through the end of the paid month and then ends; you are not charged again, and we do not refund the partial month.
This is a deliberate, disclosed choice: Monthly billing exists to give you maximum flexibility ("cancel anytime, no commitment"). Refunding partial months would mean we have to charge a higher monthly price to all customers. We chose flexibility over partial refunds.
4. After the Refund Window — No Refunds for Unused Time
After the 7-day money-back window (Annual) or for any cancellation of a Monthly Subscription, we do not refund partial months or unused time. Specifically:
- If you cancel an Annual Subscription on day 100 of 365, no portion of the unused 265 days is refunded.
- If you cancel a Monthly Subscription on day 12 of 30, no portion of the unused 18 days is refunded.
- If your Subscription is suspended or terminated for breach of the Agreement or AUP, no refund is given.
We do, however, give you continued access through the end of the paid Term in all of the above cases, except for AUP-breach termination, where access ends with the suspension.
5. Free Previews — Not a Paid Service
A Preview generated as part of our outreach is free. There is no purchase, so there is no refund. Receiving a Preview does not entitle you to a discount on a paid Subscription, a free trial of paid features, or any other consideration.
6. Statutory Rights (Where They Apply)
This Policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory right you may have under the consumer-protection law of your habitual residence. In particular:
6.1 European Economic Area / United Kingdom — 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are an individual consumer in the EEA or UK who purchased the Service for purposes outside your trade or profession, you have the right to withdraw from the Subscription within fourteen (14) calendar days of initial payment, without giving any reason. To exercise the right, send a clear written statement to billing@calivina.com ("I cancel my contract" suffices).
If you have started using the Service within the 14-day window, you expressly acknowledge that you have requested immediate performance and that we may charge you for the value of the Service you have received up to the date of withdrawal (typically a small pro rata of the monthly or annual fee).
6.2 California — Auto-Renewal Cancellation Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Auto-Renewal Law entitles you, in addition to the rights above, to cancel an automatic-renewal subscription that was made over the internet online, in the same channel by which you signed up, with no more steps than sign-up required. We comply by providing one-click cancellation in the dashboard.
6.3 Other U.S. states with auto-renewal protections
New York, Illinois, Vermont, Connecticut, Oregon, Maine, North Carolina, North Dakota, Tennessee, Hawaii, and other states have specific auto-renewal cancellation, notice, or refund-on-renewal-mistake protections. Where you are a resident of such a state and the law gives you a right beyond this Policy, that law applies.
6.4 FTC "Click-to-Cancel" rule
The Federal Trade Commission's "Click to Cancel" rule (16 C.F.R. Part 425) requires that cancellation be at least as simple as sign-up. Our self-service one-click cancellation in the dashboard is intended to comply.
If you ever feel that cancellation is harder than sign-up was, please write to legal@calivina.com and we will fix it.
7. How to Cancel
You can cancel a Subscription at any time through any of these equally available methods:
- Dashboard (fastest, available 24/7): calivina.com/dashboard/billing → "Cancel Subscription" → confirm. The cancellation is effective immediately for billing purposes (no further charges) and your access continues to the end of the paid Term.
- Email: from the email address on your account, write to cancel@calivina.com with "Cancel my subscription" as the subject. We will action within one (1) business day and email you confirmation.
- Mail (California residents): written cancellation notice mailed to Galactiv EOOD, Kniaz Boris 1 55, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria, Bulgaria, attn. Billing. We will action within five (5) business days of receipt.
You will receive an email confirming the cancellation and the date your Subscription ends. Save that confirmation email — it is your record.
8. What Happens to the Generated Site When You Cancel
Cancellation does not refund you. It also does not give you the source code or any continuing license to use the Generated Site. Specifically:
- End of Term: your Generated Site remains live until the end of the paid Subscription Term.
- Within 7 days after Term ends: the Generated Site goes offline. Routing for any Custom Hostname is removed from our infrastructure. Source code is deleted from production hosting.
- Within 30 days after Term ends: you can still log in and download your Customer Content (the materials you provided or that we crawled with your permission) via "Export My Content" in the dashboard.
- After 30 days: account closed; Customer Content deleted from active systems and from backups within the time periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
You should remove any DNS records pointing your domain to our infrastructure once your Subscription ends.
9. Stopped Working? Try Support First
If something is broken on your Generated Site, please email support@calivina.com first before requesting a refund or filing a chargeback. We are usually able to fix things quickly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us, when an easy fix would have resolved the issue, may, at our discretion, result in suspension or termination under the Agreement.
10. Chargebacks
You agree to contact billing@calivina.com at least fourteen (14) days before initiating a card chargeback for any disputed amount. We will respond and try to resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback we judge to be made in bad faith — for example, after you used the Service for the full month, or after a refund window we already declined — may result in:
- immediate suspension or termination of the Subscription;
- being added to our internal "do-not-serve" list;
- recovery of the disputed amount through Stripe's dispute process or other lawful means;
- the right to pursue chargeback fees and reasonable collection costs.
11. Refund Mechanics
When a refund is approved:
- it is sent through the original payment method via Stripe;
- it normally appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer;
- non-recoverable fees (e.g., a small fixed Stripe fee where applicable) may be deducted; we do not profit from refunds.
If your card has expired or your bank account is closed, contact billing@calivina.com and we will arrange an alternative method.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes are notified by email at least thirty (30) days in advance and apply to renewals after the effective date. Existing Subscriptions, including any pending refund requests, are governed by the Policy in effect on the original payment date.
